Orange juice in france!

Me and Elin went to Wienercafeet for breakfast! I had a hot chocalate, orange juice, a choclate croassaint and some toasts wit "french" marmelade.. mm!

Lovely house. "Bibloteksgatan" is the fancy street of Stockholm were you'll find stores like Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren and Filippa K. Nice with a little french break!

I'd also like to eat breakfast/brunch at Marie Laveau with american pancakes and Clarion Sign at Norra Bantorget have their American table. I'd like to try their mini burgers :)

The best christmas market in Sweden must be the one at Skansen

I sold some of my crafts at the annual christmas-market "Skansen" last weekend. From their website: "Skansen was dounded by Artur Hazelius in 1891. It is the world's oldest open-air museum and is sitaudted on the island of Djurgården within the city limits of Stockholm". Also they have a really awesome zoo with nordic animals. Skansen let's people experience a piece of Swedish culture! 

I sold some candle-holders. They were really popular amongst the tourists! I told them that if they have these candle-holders made out of juniper wood in their home, people might think they are in Sweden :) They smell awesome! Soon on my shop too.

My neighbor sold warm knitted things.

All people selling products at the market had to be dressed like the people in Sweden 1903. Skansen wants their visitors to get thrown back in time. Also the christmas market celebrated 100 years this year.

This little fellow visited me several times. That's whats nice with Skansen, which mostly is known for it's animals. The area of Skansen preserves the old houses and look of Stockholm hundreds of years ago. A most-see if you come to Sweden and Stockholm.  The first day was really rainy, second day windy and summarized I'd say it was a cold, but fun, experience.  

Christmas with Stadelmann/Baum

At christmas eve with family Stadelmann/Baum we most often fill our day with eating, eating and eating. My grandmother from Germany came to Stockholm!

Fondue is our favorite! We've never had a classical Swedish "julbord" in our family on christmas eve. Actually we've not had a lot of German food either. But fondue we love :)

My little sister Cornelia is not very little... and she loves Justin Bieber and Hollister. Not my kind of music or style, but we get along good anyways haha.

Fashion show with Sonja

My friend Sonja studies a year of textile design at tillskärarakademin and had her "half-year-exhibition" last week. She'd made a shirt and skirt - the skirt which I wore at the exhibition.

People in Sonja's life (from left): Brother, father, friend, mother, boyfriend, boyfriend's parents :) It was fun! And Sonja is very talented. I hope she'll start her own brand some day weeei!

Philastian had a party some week ago in their renovated new flat! As a moving-in-present me, Susanna and Camila gave philastian a disposable camera and promise to document the evening. Well, here the result (some photos are only available for the hosts...)

NEW IN SHOP: Bigger photo blocks and a version in swedish birch

Finally I've added The Photo Block in birch :)

Also, you'll find The Photo Block in a bigger size: 59cm x 7cm. They are produced in both walnut and birch to give your images more space!

They look nice combined, like yin & yang. The walnut block is waxed in walnut wax and the birch block is waxed in white waxed - twice.
